Per HB 181, as of October 2019, all candidates must file campaign finance forms electronically in the Campaign Electronic Reporting System (CERS).

Per the 2015 legislative session, Campaign Finance forms are no longer filed with the County Office.  All forms are to be filed directly with the Commissioner of Political Practices.  Any questions regarding campaign finances shall be directed to the Commissioner of Political Practices Office at (406) 444-2942
