If you need to have something recorded or need a birth or death certificate, you can mail in your request, along with proper payment (see recording/filing fees) and a copy of your ID (for birth and death requests). We also have a drive-up drop box that you can drop your request in. Be sure to enclose your request in an envelope and address it to the Clerk and Recorder Office.

Note: For birth and death certificate requests, there are other options for providing ID as well as payment. Call 375-6555 for more information.

If you need to register to vote, update your voter registration, or request an absentee/mail ballot, you can complete a voter registration form or absentee/mail ballot request form and return the form via mail, fax, or email.
